Living in Color: Embracing God's Passion for Diversity
From the Back Cover
What is your picture of heaven?
The picture given in Revelation shows a great multitude from every nation, tribe, people and language, all worshipping God together. But the picture of worship on earth is not nearly so diverse.
Living in Color exposes the history of racism and ethnocentricity that afflicts our nations and churches today. A Keetoowah Cherokee, Randy Woodley provides fascinating insight into Native American culture and a biblical model for racial reconciliation and healing of all people. Above all, this book celebrates God's beautiful plan to reveal Himself through every unique individual, family and culture.
"An excellent book. Written by one of the most trusted, wise and fruitful Native American leaders of our generation . . . . It is time to listen."
