This is perhaps the core of Eagle's Wings Ministry. Native Ministry Consulting is expressed through preaching, teaching and assistance to churches, denominations, native ministries, etc. and by presenting new models of ministry among Native Americans through workshops and other means. We have developed a contextual, wholistic model of native ministry and church planting called "Ministry in a Good Way."
On occasion, Native Ministry Consulting can also offer the combined resources of a broad pool of Native American ministers who have seen many years, forms and programs of trial and error in Native American ministry. We can offer you expert assessment, consultation and advisement in flexible, individualized plans. Based on your organization's values and goals we will develop, with you, effective approaches and programs for Native American Ministry.

In addition to project consultations we are available to minister in a variety of ways depending upon the need of your organization. Our years of experiences in Native contextual ministry are communicated through our own personal stories and anecdotes in each workshop. |
We also present our individual testimonies of our incredible journeys in Christ.
Most workshops avg. 2 hours. Here are a few of the workshops we offer:
Ministry in A Good Way: A dynamic model of contextual wholism for starting and sustaining effective Native American ministries and churches.
Embracing God's Passion for Diversity: In Genesis 1:26 God says, "Let us make man in our image, in our likeness," what is His likeness? This workshop reveals God's heart for community. We see that God, in His perfect diversity, enjoys perfect unity. We have also seen that He created a world according to His own DNA profile. The Lord has given us many community models to explore and enjoy that exhibit this unity in diversity. God enjoys our great diversity and delights in our unity. He wants everyone to be different, and everyone to worship Him alone. This workshop also explores our ethnocentric reality and counterfeits to unity & diversity.
Biblical, Cultural & Personal Identities: We are all made in God's image but what is our value? Are our cultures worth something? Issues of biblical identity are also important. We all carry many identities that can be used for God's purposes. From God's perspective there is no such thing as "just plain vanilla"! This workshop explores these many issues and points to America's God given destiny as a nation. Breakout session can be incorporated for intimate talk of personal identity struggles.
Protocol & Boundaries - Relating to God, His People and the Land: God Himself has authority over all of creation. This workshop covers ways we submit to his authority and how protocol works. Also discusses our relationship to the land and how the land can be healed through biblical restoration.
Biblical Reconciliation - Getting Beyond Getting Along: If we want to see God's glory, it means we are going to actually have to do something about it. Practical steps to move us towards God's goal of reconciliation.
Cultural Expressions of Christ: Worship and Outreach in the Native Church From a Biblical Perspective. This Foundational Seminar deals with Scripture, syncretism, symbolism and using our individual and corporate identity to advance God's Kingdom.
Host People: From Survival to Revival. Necessary truth telling and hope for all people as we examine "His-story" and our future in a truly multi-cultural church.
Donkey's Talk: Comparing Indigenous and Euro-American Church Forms and Values. A necessary look at the many differences and how they affect the movement of God and scriptural application.
Proclamations and Parables of Jesus: Exploring some of the most important words in the Scriptures related to ethnocentrism and grace and how they apply to our day.
Acts, Romans & Galatians: Explores the problems encountered in the first century Church related to ethnocentrism, legalism and weaker brother issues and presents biblical solutions applicable for today.
