PHASE I: GATHER & MENTOR
Currently, the Woodleys travel across the United States and Canada mentoring other Native American ministries in the contextual approach to Native American ministry. They are active in the development of the Contextual Indian Ministry Alliance and other Native ministry networks. The Woodleys travel and minister as a family averaging 40,000 miles annually. They also make presentations of their new approach," Ministry, in a Good Way" to churches, conferences, colleges and seminaries.
Class A Motor home, Tow Vehicle and other administrative/communicative tools are desperately needed during this networking stage of the Center's development.

PHASE II: TRANSITION SITE
With the financial resources construction on the transitional Center would begin almost immediately. The Center will consist of approximately 10-20 acres with five student cabins, an indoor/outdoor arbor, and the community building/director's home. Classes with 25 students would begin as construction is completed.

PHASE III: PERMANENT SITE
Our projected date for beginning construction on The Southeast Native American Ministry, Conference & Cultural Center is fall 2004 or as appropriate acreage becomes available. The property and essential finished buildings, along with a "dry in" package for those buildings which will be finished during Phase IV and the property development will take approximately 2-3 years.

PHASE IV: COMPLETION
Final cost and completion of remaining buildings is estimated at $500,000.
